Every year, we welcome interns from the 9th grade through high school to give them a hands-on introduction to our profession in the field. Over the past 20 years, more than 100 young people have been mentored by our teams.This year has a special significance: a mother and daughter both completed internships at SOA, almost 25 years apart.
