The third edition of the COVID-19 prevention booklet is now available!

SOA is committed to the prevention of Covid-19 with professional spaces and the design of a flexible, high-quality workspace for confined teleworkers.

Previously called Livret équipement déconfinement en espaces professionnels, this new edition features a range of high-quality, durable and customizable layout solutions for workspaces that comply with government health and safety regulations.

Open-plan workspaces are the focus of a range of semi-glazed and glazed partitions that will enable employees and control room operators to work in open spaces without compromising the Covid-19 prevention that companies and local authorities must ensure.

SOA layout solutions to reinforce preventive measures against COVID-19

Following the scale of the new wave of COVID propagation, the government has once again instituted confinement in France. But unlike the March 17 to May 11 lockdown, the current lockdown is more flexible, allowing businesses to continue operating. However, it is imperative to reinforce measures to limit and even control the spread of the virus.

Emergency solutions, but quality and durability. SOA offers support in preventing COVID-19 in professional spaces, which has several advantages and, taking into account the quality of its COVID-19 preventive equipment and installations, is eligible for a public subsidy representing 50% of your investment.

Conditions of eligibility for the COVID-19 Subsidy Grant

VSEs and SMEs investing to effectively combat the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace can benefit from the "COVID-19 Prevention" subsidy. This exceptional aid, offered until the budget allocated by the Assurance Maladie - Risques professionnels is exhausted, can finance up to 50% of their investments, subject to a number of conditions.

To qualify for this grant, you must :

  • have invested in equipment for barrier gestures and physical distancing measures (glass, Plexiglas, partitions, tarpaulins, fixed or mobile screens) or in equipment to guide and enforce physical distances (queue guides, posts and grilles, removable barriers, etc.)....
  • have invested in hygiene equipment and facilities for hand and body washing.
have invested a minimum of €1,000 excluding VAT for companies with employees, and a minimum of €500 for self-employed workers without employees.

Note, however, that the maximum amount granted to a company or self-employed worker is capped at €5,000.

The www.ameli.fr website gives more precise details and indications on how to benefit from the "COVID-19 Prevention" subsidy.

If your private or public structure does not meet these criteria, particularly in terms of headcount, you are still eligible for other COVID-19 grants for preventive layout solutions.
